Programs

Join Ranger Higgins for a natural tie-dyeing class. We will learn how each dye bath is made from start to finish, the pre-treatment process and what fabrics will work better than others. We will provide 1 white pre-treated bandana for each person to dye. While your bandanas are dyeing, you can choose to roam Pennypacker property, take a tour of the Historic site or learn a little tie dye history. Program will take approximately 1.5 hours. Ages 12 & up. We ask for $5 as a materials fee to be paid at start of program. Held in Pennypacker Mills Classroom.
